Plain version: the tools themselves don't store or send what you type. This site shows ads, and the company that serves them (Google) uses cookies to do that — the detail is below.
Who this is
Quick Tools is operated by SteadyKeel, a UK sole trader. Email hello@steadykeel.co.uk with any question.
The tools
Everything you type into a converter or calculator on this site stays in your browser. Nothing is saved and nothing is sent to us. The one exception: the currency converter fetches a live exchange rate from a third-party rate provider (frankfurter.app, run by the European Central Bank's data) each time you use it — no personal data is sent as part of that request, only the currency codes.
Advertising
This site is supported by advertising served by Google (AdSense). Google and its advertising partners may use cookies and similar technology to show ads, including ads based on your visits to this and other sites. You can see and control the data Google holds about you, and opt out of personalised advertising, at myadcenter.google.com and google.com/settings/ads. If you're in the UK/EEA, you'll see a consent choice on your first visit letting you accept or decline this.
What we don't do
We don't run our own tracking cookies or analytics that identify you, and we don't sell any data — there isn't any of yours to sell.
